Philosophy on Personal Information Protection

DreamOnline, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as " DreamOnline, we or our ") operates various information service businesses, including system development and web service development, under our corporate philosophy: "Developing software that brings joy to individuals, businesses, and society."   • (7)We respond promptly to complaints, consultations, and inquiries regarding personal information.

      If a request for disclosure, etc., is made by a representative, the following additional documents must be submitted, depending on the type of representation:

      Driver's license, passport, health insurance card, etc.

      May be in any format, but must include the individual's signature, a seal (registered stamp), address, and the representative's name and address.

    For requests for disclosure, etc., requiring a written response, please mail the "Personal Information Purpose Notification, Disclosure, Correction (Amendment), or Suspension of Use Application Form" to the Personal Information Protection Manager at the address specified above.

    Fees for Notification of Purpose of Use or Disclosure:
    If the response is provided in writing, a fee of 1,000 JPY is required.
    Please enclose stamps worth 1,000 JPY along with the application form when sending it to the Personal Information Protection Manager.

  • (4) Written Response Method for Requests for Disclosure, etc.

    Responses to requests will be sent to the address listed in the application form via restricted delivery mail (本人限定郵便) to ensure it reaches the verified individual.

  • (5)Purpose of Use of Personal Information Obtained Through Requests for Disclosure, etc.

    The personal information obtained in connection with requests for disclosure, etc., will be used solely for the purpose of processing and responding to the request.

    Retention of Submitted Documents:
    Documents submitted for the request will be securely disposed of within six months after the response to the request is completed. These measures ensure compliance with data protection standards while safeguarding the privacy and rights of individuals.

  • ※Reasons for Non-Disclosure of "Retained Personal Data"
    In the following cases, we may decide not to disclose retained personal data. If non-disclosure is determined, we will notify the applicant with the reason for the decision. Please note that the prescribed fee will still apply, even in cases of non-disclosure.

    • ・Identity Cannot Be Confirmed
      When the address provided in the application form, the address on the identification documents, and the address registered with the company do not match, or if identity verification fails.
    • ・Authority of Representation Cannot Be Verified
      When the authority of representation cannot be confirmed for applications submitted by a representative.
    • ・Incomplete Application Documents
      When the submitted application documents are incomplete or contain errors.
    • ・The Requested Data Does Not Fall Under "Retained Personal Data"
      When the requested information does not qualify as retained personal data under applicable laws.
    • ・Risk to Rights and Interests
      When disclosing the data could harm the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the individual or a third party.

      When disclosure could significantly hinder the proper execution of the company's operations.
