Privacy Policy for the "時の迷路" Application
This Application Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") defines the handling of userinformation collected through the smartphone application "TOKI NO MEIRO" (hereinafter referred to asthe "App") and related services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") provided by DreamOnline,Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
Please read this Policy carefully before using the App and Services. If you do not agree with this Policy,please refrain from installing the App.

(1) Information automatically collected via the App:
Device information (OS name, version, device model), IP address, A randomly generated unique ID assigned by the App, Device ID, Usage logs (such as access logs to our servers), Identifiers necessaryfor payment processing, Advertising ID (IDFA), Device identifier (IDFV), Crash logs.
(2) Information provided by users themselves:Email address.
The customer acquires only a usage license for this Application, which is subject to the restrictions set forth in this Agreement. Except for the rights explicitly granted to the customer under this Agreement, DreamOnline retains all rights, titles, and interests in and to this Application (including, but not limited to, all characters, storylines, images, photographs, animations, videos, music, texts, and other content within the Application), as well as all associated copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved by DreamOnline.
The Company uses the information described in “2. Types of Information Collected and Methods of Collection” for the following purposes. Unless otherwise permitted by the Personal Information Protection Law or other applicable laws, the Company will not use personal information beyond these purposes:
(1)To provide the App and related Services;
(2)To enable use across multiple devices through user registration;
(3)To respond to user inquiries and provide information on new features, updates, and maintenance;
(4)To diagnose and resolve technical issues related to specific devices or device identifiers;
(5)To maintain systems and address malfunctions;
(6)To analyze usage data, visitor counts, traffic volumes, diagnose service effectiveness or technical issues, maintain security, and personalize content;
(7)To deny service to users who cause harm or damage to the Company or third parties, violate the Terms of Use, or attempt to use the Services for improper or unlawful purposes;
(8)To develop new services and features;
(9)To display advertisements relevant to users’ interests, and to measure and analyze advertisement effectiveness;
(10)To perform other operations related or incidental to the above purposes.
This Policy applies only to the App and Services. The Policy will be published on the App distribution site and within the App. Users are deemed to have agreed to this Policy upon installing the App.
The Company will not provide collected user information to third parties, except as described in “5. Use of External Modules and Information Collection” or in the following cases:
(1)When user consent has been obtained;
(2)When required by law;
(3)When necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property, and obtaining user consent is difficult (e.g. in emergencies such as accidents or disasters);
(4)When particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the sound development of children, and obtaining user consent is difficult;
(5)When necessary to cooperate with national or local government agencies or their contractors in the execution of legally prescribed duties, and obtaining user consent may impede the execution of such duties;
(6)When outsourcing the handling of personal data to the extent necessary to achieve the specified purposes;
(7)When personal data is provided due to business succession (e.g. mergers), and it is handled within the scope of the purposes prior to the succession.

The Company may revise this Policy without prior user consent. Revisions to this Policy will become effective upon publication on the official website or in the App. The Company will provide reasonable prior notice in the App or on the official website when deemed appropriate.
(1)Suspension of Information Collection and Use
The App does not provide a method for suspending automatic transmission of user information. If you wish to suspend automatic information transmission, please uninstall the App. If you wish to request suspension or deletion of collected information, please contact the address listed in “7. Contact Information.”
(2)Data Portability
The App does not support data portability.
The Company may entrust a portion of its operations to improve and enhance the quality of the App and Services and may provide the information described in “2. Types of Information Collected and Methods of Collection” to contractors to the extent necessary to perform such operations. The Company will appropriately supervise contractors to ensure the security of user information.
